KARAT X Maja Matas
We created the designer jewelry line NOW. The collection was created out of the desire to give the present moment a dazzle. The handmade, gold and silver, clear and strong pieces emphasize beauty in everyday moments.
Objective
KARAT jewelry store is a legacy of a traditional family business that is now run by the fifth generation of the Krasnić family. In the course of digitalisation, they wanted to create a high-performance collection that combines tradition with modern design and meets today's needs.
The NOW collection
The Result is the NOW jewelry collection designed for daring ambitious women who, through a crowded daily schedule, in addition to family, career and friends, always find time for themselves. Each NOW piece is handmade in silver and gold, with clean modern lines with a twist. For example a set of three rings – the “Mood set” – have a shiny finish on one side and a matte finish on the other, so they can rotate depending on the clothing combination and mood. The whole collection is followed by the digital campaign “It’s all about NOW” which celebrates the the everyday life of strong women who are always on the go.
